Bill caused me to completely rethink how I approach teaching math. He was an extremely knowledgeable, warm and entertaining teacher! I was engaged the entire time! I left feeling confident with so many strategies I can implement in my classes as soon as I get back. Thank you so much!
So inspiring! Ban Har showed me how to help my struggling learners have success with problem solving. Such a challenge! I would love to be a student in his class!
As a veteran teacher, I have have had countless professional development experiences.I can say without reservation that the Summer Institute with Dr. Bisk was the most valuable of all. Wit, good humor, and Rich's engaging style come together to make this week deeply meaningful. Above all, profound respect is given to the importance of the job we do as teachers of elementary mathematics. After this workshop, your teaching will be changed forever.
